Toy Hauler Rental Agreement

We have fully equipped trailers that can accommodate sleeping up to eight people. They come with a generator, fueling station, air conditioning, microwave, stove top and oven, refrigerator, awning, and tv with dvd, showers, and more. 

 Toy hauler rentals have a three day minimum. In most cases, pick up maybe available the evening prior to the rental at no charge.

We do not furnish bedding, please bring your own. Sleeping bags are recommended. We do supply eating utensils, cookware, broom, and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper (1-ply only must be used in trailer please).

Reservation Policy: All reservations are held with a Deposit of $100.00 at the time the reservation is made, and will be applied to the cost of the rental. All reservations are subject to availability.

PAYMENT POLICY:  All rental fees MUST be paid in full prior to the pick up. If paying by Credit Card your credit card will be billed for the scheduled rental fee one business day before your pick up date. 
 
Security Deposit: There is a $500.00 deposit that is due at the time of rental.Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after the trailer is returned in the same condition that you received it.

Sanitation Fee: There is a $60 sanitation fee due on trailer rentals.

Cancellation Policy: Effective January 19, 2008, all cancellations are subject to a $100.00 service fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the reservation date ARE NOT entitled to a deposit refund.

Tow Vehicles: Must be adequately equipped to tow the specific trailer. A 2" receiver is required, (not a ball on a bumper). You must have an electronic brake controller installed, as required by State Law and a seven way electrical connector to operate the trailers lights, turn signals, brakes, etc. We CAN NOT let you take the trailer unless your vehicle is equipped as mentioned.

Insurance Binder:  We do not require an insurance binder except for certain locations.


NO one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent the trailer.
NO Rental units are allowed to Mexico.
NO smoking in rental units. (Or you will forfeit your Security Deposit)
NO storage on top of roof or attached to the exterior of rental unit.
NO Trailers are allowed to Burning Man (without written approval)

Generator usage fee: We offer free 2 hrs of generator use per rental day. You will be charged $2.00 for each hour in excess. This charge (if any) will be deducted from your security deposit.     

Propane tanks: Propane tanks will be full upon pick up and must be returned full, otherwise there will be a $50 fueling change deducted from the security deposit.
Fuel tanks: Fuel tanks will be empty at pick up. You will need to add the fuel you need to run the generator and/or fill any toys. The generator will be needed to use the electrical outlets, recharge batteries, or run the AC.  

Late Return: If the rented trailer is not returned by the prearranged drop off time the renter may be charged up to $350 per day starting from the last scheduled rental date.

Fun Sports Outdoor Rental reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

ATV Rental Agreement

We rent late model quads (2006-2008) all year around. Each ATV comes with a full tank of fuel and a helmet.

We rent our quads by the day or by the week. Depending on scheduling, you may be allowed to pick them up the night before at no charge. Otherwise, normal daily rental times are 9am to 7pm.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent an ATV. All riders must be listed on the rental agreement and must be at least 16 years of age. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS ALLOWED TO RIDE THE ATVs.

NO PASSANGERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE ATVs. These are single rider atv's.
Helmets must be worn at all times.

Reservation Policy: One day rental fee is due at the time of reservation if less than 15 days prior to rental. Otherwise a $50 reservation fee will charged and applied to the rental charge.
Security deposit: There is a $250.00 Security deposit required at the time of rental. Deposit will be returned when the ATV is returned in the same condition as when you recieved it.

Rental units are NOT allowed to Mexico.

Late returns:  Any ATV not returned at the prearranged drop off time may be charged up to $50 per hour there after at our discretion..

Operating any ATV entails a certain amount of risk. Operation of any rental equipment is at the renters own RISK. Fun Sports Outdoor Rentals assumes no liability regarding property loss, damage, theft or personal injury.
